Skopelos

Villa Pefkia is a modern spacious three bedroom house which is located in the beautiful and tranquil countryside area called Pefkias. This is just a 6 kilometres or 10 minute drive from Skopelos Town. Limononari Beach is just 5 minutes drive away. The house is built on three levels; the ground floor comprises an apartment plus a studio (this has a independent entrance) ideal for large groups or 2 families.

The main villa occupies the top two levels of the building. The lower level comprises of three bedrooms off a long hallway. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom at the end of the hall, which has a shower and WC. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two twin beds Both bedroom have their own balcony with lovely views over lush countryside with Evia in the distance. The double bedroom is bigger and has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

The top floor of the house comprises a large open plan room with kitchen dining and sitting areas. The kitchen is equipped with full electric hob, oven and fridge-freezer. The dining table seats up to 10 persons and the living area has two comfortable sofas which can also be opened out into sofa beds. The room is incredibly light and airy due to its pitched exposed beam ceiling. The french windows open out to an L-shaped terrace with plenty of space for sun bathing and alfresco dining., with tables shairs and umbrellas for shade.

The view from her is lush pine forest with the blue sea in the distance. Not only can you see as far as Evia, but also distant town views and the areas of Stafilos and Agnondas.

Villa Pefkia has a freshwater swimming pool with a spacious terrace for sun loungers and umbrellas, again with captivating country and sea views.
