Skopelos

The main entrance to Villa Ourania leads to a spacious sitting/dining room and open plan kitchen with full-sized cooker. A small archway from the sitting room leads to a double bedded room with a bathroom next door which includes a corner bathtub. French windows lead to the front terrace and views down the valley to Skopelos Town and the sea. The wooden stairs lead to the master bedroom with four poster bed and another bedroom with twin beds, both with en-suite shower rooms. Both spacious bedrooms have high wooden ceilings and steep stairways leading to an office/sleeping gallery which looks down on the bedroom and is furnished with a writing desk and a day bed which can be easily converted for extra sleeping space (small children not recommended due to the steep stairway). Both bedrooms have private balconies accessed by French windows. The twin bedded room also has a separate entrance from an exterior staircase leading up from the parking area.

Villa Ourania is situated in the hills, approximately 2km above Skopelos Town. This traditional style property has a built-in BBQ to one side of the parking area and the large fresh water swimming pool (8m x 3.75m) is set amongst the landscaped garden, on a level just below the villa.

Villa Ourania is set in a quiet location amongst olive and fruit trees but is within two or three minutes’ drive of Skopelos Town. The nearest beaches at Stafilos and Velanio are only 4km away whilst keen walkers will find plenty of suitable trails right on their doorstep.
