Skopelos

This beautiful stone built town house is located on a quiet stepped street just a couple of minutes from the village waterfront. Built on three levels, and with a roof terrace giving superb sea views, it is a perfect accommodation for families, couples or friends, and can sleep up to 6 persons. It has been stylishly and tastefully renovated and furnished, and the owners have taken care to preserve all the old lovely architectural features.

Entrance is into the spacious living-dining room. This is a lovely room with old stone-flagged floors and wooden ceilings. It has with traditional wooden carved couches and colourful kelim rugs. There is a large wooden dining table and chairs. Through a wide archway is the kitchen which is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room area has TV/DVD and CD player.

A wooden staircase leads up to the second floor of the house which comprises a fully tiled bathroom with shower and WC, and two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have wooden floors and ceilings, double bed and wardrobe. The first bedroom has a traditional corner fireplace. A further flight of stairs ascends to the top floor which comprises the large main double bedroom, and ensuite bathroom with hip bath and WC. The bedroom has wooden floors and ceiling, and has windows on all sides which makes it very light and airy. French windows open onto a small wrought iron balcony, while on the opposite side of the room, there is access to the roof terrace via a narrow and steep set of wrought iron steps.

The spacious terrace has wonderful views of practically the whole village, plus views over the sea to Alonissos and to Palouki mountain.
Cleaning and linen change is twice a week. A cook is available on request.
