Located on a very quiet stepped street, in the oldest area of Skopelos town, and yet just a few minutes walk from tavernas and cafes, this lovely town house enjoys the best of both worlds.
Built on one level, Villa Dafni has been lovingly renovated by its owners who have furnished it in a warm and traditional style.
Entrance from the street is into the very pleasent central courtyard, which is shaded by a lemon tree. There is a marble- topped table and directors' chairs here, and it is a really nice spot to dine outside, or to sit and read in the heat of the day.
The house has two parts, and the main house comprisesof a living room-kitchen, bathroom and main bedroom. The lovely sitting room has lots of light from three windows, wooden floor, a high traditional wooden ceiling, and antique furniture. Off the living room is the kitchen which is equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer and kettle.
Also opening off from the living room is the fully tiled bathroom, which has shower, WC and washing machine, and the main bedroom. This has the traditional wooden sleeping platform with double mattress.
The annexe which opens off from the courtyard comprises a second bedroom with double bed, and ensuite bathroom with shower and WC.
An ideal house for couples or a family.
