Skopelos

These superb studios and apartments are located 3 kilometres from the port, in the area of Raches. This is a peaceful hilltop region near Skopelos town. The studios and apartments are designed and furnished to a very high standard. They form two separate houses, both of which have traditional grey Pelion roof slates. They are surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens with olive, pine and cypress trees, lawned areas, geraniums, and bougainvilleas.They all have their own large terrace offering sun and shaded areas and have fantastic views across the sea to Alonissos.

The upper house has two studio apartments on the ground floor. Both have terracotta floors and a sleeping area one with a double wrought iron bed and the second area has two twin wrought iron beds. There is a TV, air-conditioning and fully equipped kitchens with mini ovens and fridge freezers. One studio has bathroom with shower and WC and the other has bathroom with bathtub and WC.

The lower house offers two maisonettes which have a connecting door, so ideal for families and bigger parties. The entrance leads into the living room/kitchen area which has a single wrought iron bed-couch which can sleep a third person. The handmade wooden kitchen iis fully equipped with a mini-oven and fridge-freezer. There is a separate bathroom with shower and WC. A flight of wooden steps leads up to the mezzanine sleeping area with built in double bed, wooden floors and an exposed beam ceiling. Both maisonettes have their own terrace and garden area and have air-conditioning and TV.

On the lower floor of the building is a studio apartment which is much more spacious than the other two studios, and which can sleep up to 3 persons. It has a curtained off bedroom area with a carved wooden bed, a living area with wrought iron bed/sofa, and TV. the kitchen is equipped with corner fireplace, dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub and WC.
