Skopelos

The Skopelos Village Apartments is an attractive cluster of buildings in a wonderfully convenient location.

The traditional whitewashed buidings (smartly furnished in a contemporary style) these apartments have a great boutique charm about them and are set in a first class location - just a 15 minute stroll along the sea front promenade into Skopelos Town with its bars, tavernas and restaurants or 5 minutes to a sandy beach.  However - the ambience is pleasantly removed from the hustle and bustle of Skopelos Town - the gardens overflow with fragrant honeysuckle, jasmine and lavender. 

The apartments and suites are divided among a number of buildings enclosed by the extensive "village" grounds.  Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, with studios available for couples - all completed by a private terrace or balcony with at least a side sea view. Double beds can be requested but not guaranteed.  Authentic floor tiles and lovely fabrics creat a home from home feel.  All have a well equipped kitchenette, and satellite TV. 

Breakfast is available in both the bar and lounge area and the lovely on site restaurant "Agioli" is open for excellent local speciality meals in the evening.

The public areas of the "village" have recently been redesigned - with the additional of a second swimming pool, new reception area, comfortable lounge and internet facilities.  The restaurant and bar area has received special attention and now opens out on to the original pool area.

Skopelos Village is a great option - perfectly located within walking distance of the harbour front and sandy beaches.  The apartments were also host to some of the cast and crew of the hit musical movie Mamma Mia when they were filming on Skopelos.
