This small complex has a superb elevated position just two minutes’ walk from the picturesque little fishing village of Agnondas, with its three excellent fish tavernas right on the water’s edge.  The bay, bordered by lush green pine forest, is very sheltered, making the small shingle beach, with its calm clear water very popular with families.

Lithanemon is perfect for either families or couples seeking a relaxing holiday close to the sea, with easy access on foot to quiet beaches such as sandy Limnonari, the next bay around the headland.  Car hire is not essential as everything you need is at hand: Agnondas has three tavernas, a beach café and a mini-market, and the bus stop, providing access to Skopelos town or to other beaches, is just 2 minutes’ way.

All 9 apartments have lovely sea and country views from spacious balconies or terraces and are comfortably furnished to a high standard.

Top building – upper floor

The accommodation is in two buildings, the upper building comprising three separate apartments.  Pleioni, sleeping 5/6, takes up the whole of the upper level: open-plan fully-equipped kitchen/living room with divan sofa-bed (sleeping the 6th person), traditional fireplace and French windows onto sea-facing balcony; two double bedrooms, one with sea view balcony; single bedroom; bathroom (bath and shower); enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining table and bench seating, shaded by pergola; outside sink and second bathroom.

Ground floor

Thetis – sleeps 2/4:  open-plan kitchen/dining area with two divan beds; double bedroom; bathroom.   Kalypso – sleeps 2: spacious open-plan studio.

Second building

4 apartments for 2/4 – Asteropi, Meropi, Keloni and Ilektra: layout as for Thetis.  1 open-plan studio for 2 – Alkioni, 1 apartment for 4/6 – Tavgeti: 2 bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 double; bathroom; open-plan kitchen-dining area with two divan beds.

All accommodation has air conditioning, spacious balcony or terrace, bathroom with full bath and shower, satellite TV, safe.

Fresh water swimming pool, play area, ADSL 768 free of charge access to Internet, daily cleaning, change of sheets every 3 days; towel change every 2 days.   Pleioni only: BBQ, hammock, dishwasher.
