Villa Polymnia surrounded by natural forest and olive grove is less than a ten minute drive from Skiathos Town and has a wonderful sea views.

This new villa which can accommodate upto eight adults and children has two floors as well as an extra room that can be used as TV or play room.

The ground floor of the Villa comprises of a lounge with patio doors opening to an east facing terrace that enjoys the morning sun.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area also has double doors leading to a large patio.

An internal staircase of Pelion stone leads to the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms (with an open ceiling of wooden beams) both sharing a fully fitted marble bathroom. Both bedrooms have separate balconies offering magnificent panoramic views. An additional loft with double mattress can accommodate one or two children.

The guest house consists of one room with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom, as well as a loft which can sleep two.

There is an outside terrace, plunge pool and BBQ.
