Skiathos

This spacious family villa occupies a prime position on the Kalamaki peninsula above Rigas beach and enjoys one of the finest views on the island.  From the huge stone-flagged sun terrace the panorama encompasses Skiathos town, Tsougriaki, Tsougria, the distant silhouette of Evia and most of Skopelos, and is truly spectacular.  On an exceptionally clear day, it is even possible to see Mount Athos from here. 

The villa is built on two levels, with maximum space for relaxing.  On the ground floor, a lovely arched veranda provides plenty of shade, whilst there is also a first floor terrace running the length of the villa, accessed from the two main bedrooms.  A car is essential.

Entrance into a spacious, modern fully-equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, with an archway leading into a cosy living room: both rooms have French doors opening onto the large sun terrace; rear bedroom (twin beds) with fan; separate shower room.

Upper floor

Staircase up to landing; master bedroom (double bed) with en suite bathroom (bath and shower) and French windows onto sea-facing balcony; two further bedrooms (twin beds), one with access onto the front balcony; separate shower room.

Washing machine, dishwasher; air conditioning in three upper floor bedrooms; sunbeds.
