Skiathos

A long-standing favourite with Islands of Greece guests, Villa Kerassi is conveniently situated overlooking Kanapitsa Beach and is one of very few villas which does not need a car.  The beach and its waterfront taverna are just a few minutes’ walk down a flight of steps, whilst other tavernas, a supermarket and the nearest bus stop are all within easy walking distance; however, if you don’t wish to walk to the bus stop, there is a regular water taxi link between Kanapitsa Beach and Skiathos town – the perfect way to start your evening. 

The villa is on two floors, linked by an outside staircase.  The living room features a traditional wooden ceiling and cosy hearth.  All three main rooms plus the large terrace enjoy lovely views of the sea through the pine trees.

Master bedroom with twin beds, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom (shower); double bedroom (twin beds); separate bathroom with hip bath and shower; hallway.

Upper floor (accessed from terrace)

Open plan living room with built-in seating, dining table and chairs, separated from fully-equipped kitchen by counter.  Doors onto terrace with patio furniture, sunbeds, sun umbrella and shaded area with sofa.

Microwave oven, ceiling fans in bedrooms, large terrace.
