Skiathos

Villa Lapithos is built on a cliff just above a beach that is only accessible for the users of the few private villas that are built in this area. Private steps lead to this sandy beach with unbelievable calm and clear water. A jetty is available where a private boat can be moored. The area is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, and Skiathos Town is only 15 minutes driving distance.

The villa has the entrance on the upper floor. There is a very spacious lounge, an open plan kitchen, with an extension with more kitchen and storage facilities, and 2 dining areas. The upper floor is rounded off by the very spacious master bedroom suite which has an ensuite bathroom and its own sitting area.

An internal staircase leads to the lower level, where there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom sleeps 2 and has its own balcony doors to the spacious balcony with endless sea views.

The villa is set in a garden full of flowers and green plants, terraced throughout owing to the sloping plot. On a lower level there is a lovely private terrace, a great place for a coffee or to read a book.

Other beaches in the area of Villa Lapithos are Koutsouri and Kanapitsa, both of which have tavernas for the essential drinks and snacks during the day.

The peninsula of Kanapitsa is the most wanted area of Skiathos, for its lovely green nature side, dominated by the shady pine trees, and the stunning views it has. The villa is located in an area of privately owned villas, giving the area a very peaceful and exclusive character.
