Skiathos

Villa Korifi is magnificently situated on the Kalamaki peninsula to the east of Koutsouri Beach.  It stands on the hillside, surrounded by olive trees, and has terraces on several levels to make the most of both sun and shade.  The roof terrace commands panoramic views over the Aegean to the island of Evia and the Greek mainland. The lovely swimming pool makes it an extremely popular choice; care must, however, be taken with young children who should not be allowed to access either the pool or roof terrace unsupervised.  Car hire is essential.

Upper floor

Entrance into living area; step down to cosy sitting area with built-in sofas and air conditioning; alcove with dining table and chairs; two bedrooms (both twin); 2 shower rooms; fully equipped kitchen with access onto rear covered breakfast terrace.

Ground floor

Wooden staircase down to twin bedroom with access to pool terrace; shower room; more steps down to master suite with double bed: an outer annexe room has two further single beds but can be separated from the main suite by a sliding door for privacy: both rooms have access onto a path at the side of the house leading to the pool terrace; shower room; small kitchenette.
