The newly completed, A Class Marilia Village Apartments are situated just 80m from the beach in the pretty village of Perivolas just outside of Perissa.  Close enough to stroll into Perissa, the apartments are located in a quieter spot.  The Marilia Village charms with its traditional Aegean look.

The simplicity of Cycladic décor styled in typical Santorian ways combines with a unique local atmosphere and ambience.

There are just 20 units here – studios, maisonettes, apartments and suites – each decorated with hand made traditional furniture created by the owner.

Studios have a shower room and an open plan sleeping/living area, private balcony  and pool or garden view.  Maisonettes are traditional but stylish – the upper level loft style bedroom looks down on the living room, bathrooms are unique colours and have a large bathtub or shower.  Each has 2 balconies with pool, sea and garden views.  Suites are quite simply amazing and have a unique design in light colours.  Each has a bedroom, separate living room with hand made painted furniture and private balcony with pool and garden view.  Apartments have a bedroom, separate living room with 2 sofa beds,  shower room, and 2 balconies with sea pool and garden views. 

Each unit of accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, hair dryer, safety deposit box and direct dial telephone.  Wireless internet access is also available.

With gentle hills in the background, and surrounded by palm trees and colourful plants and flowers, the pool area is the perfect place to relax and unwind on a sunbed.  The lagoon shaped pool has the addition of a whirlpool area and there is a separate children’s pool.  The poolside bar serves drinks including local wines made with grapes from the owners vineyards and snacks throughout the day.  The breakfast room serves a rich buffet each morning with homemade specialities – all served under the bouganvilleas. 

An excellent choice for a beach holiday perfect for families and groups as well as couples on the stunning island of Santorini.
