Located in the spectacular village of Oia and perched on the Cliffside offering unrivalled views of the famous volcano and the smaller volcanic isles, the Aegean sea and the magical sunset is the Esperas Traditional Houses.  Comprising of 5 studios, 3 standard houses,  4 Esperas houses, 2 junior suites, 1 suite, 1 honeymoon suite and 1 Esperas Suite, all are tastefully furnished and decorated in traditional Cycladic style.

Studios have an open plan double bedroom/living area and offer both comfort and convenience.  They also offer a fully equipped kitchenette area.

Standard and Esperas houses are all stylishly decorated and spacious.  Some have an open loft-style bedroom while others have a separate bedroom.  All offer a living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Suites – the 2 junior suites, 1 superior suite, 1 honeymoon suite and 1 Esperas suite all offer ample  space and attractive décor.  All have 2 sleeping areas – a separate double bedroom with a queen sized bed and either a semi open-plan bedroom/sitting area with twin beds or a second double.  The honeymoon suite only offers one bedroom.   The honeymoon suite and the Esperas suites are ideal for those who want a touch of luxury, since they are especially designed for romantic holidays, with an outdoor Jacuzzi tub and a queen-sized bed in a relaxing environment.

All studios, houses and suites offer satellite TV, a DVD/CD (MP3) player with DVDs available, wi-fi internet access, Aptiva bathroom amenities, a safety deposit box,  and a private balcony with stunning views over the caldera.

With the objective of offering a pleasant and relaxing stay to guests, Esperas Houses provides a variety of facilities and high quality services including swimming pool with poolside bar, lounge, hair salon (on request), full concierge services, wi-fi internet access, safety deposit boxes, air conditioning, and spa and massage treatments (on request).

Esperas Traditional Houses has a carved-into-the-rock swimming pool, with a surrounding terrace, ideal for enjoying the magical atmosphere and natural beauty of the setting and making it one of the most wonderful pool areas on the island.

Since the Esperas is renowned for being a special retreat for couples and due to the fact that it is located on the cliff edge, there are no facilities for children.  To this end, reservations containing children under 12 are discouraged by the hotel.
