Samos

The Samos Hotel is situated in the centre of Samos Town and has a number of shops, tavernas and bars literally on the doorstep. It is also less than a 15-minute stroll to the pretty pebble beach, although the hotel itself sits on the waterfront. The views from the hotel are stunning, the Aegean Sea to the front and rolling hills to the back

The rooms are compact but light and airy; they have a neutral decor and come with satellite TV, a fridge and a private balcony.

This hotel has been recently refurbished, the restaurant is chic yet classy with high ceilings and arched windows. Whilst the bar adds a retro edge with its sixties-style chairs and stools.

The swimming pool is located on the rooftop and has sunbeds, parasols and a snack bar; the views from here are fantastic.
