Samos

Pythagorian, the old town of Tigani is the chief town of the Municipality of Pythagorio – and ideal location for holidays in Samos. 

The port is the oldest man-made port in this area of the Aegean with yachts sailing year-round. 

The harbour area has a large number of tavernas and bars for daytime food and drink and becomes livelier after the sun has set. 

The Samos Sun Hotel is located just 1.5km from the village centre.  The hotel is built in a neoclassical style and is situated in its own lush gardens.  The swimming pool is the largest in Samos and has a pool bar for those essential drinks and snacks.  There is also a separate childrens pool and jacuzzi area.

The 68 fully equipped rooms have telephone, piped music, bathroom, air-conditioning and a balcony with exceptional views over the pool area to the sea.  Each room also has the added benefit of a refrigerator however, the Kitchenette facilities are very basic.

Daily excursions operate to the isolated, but stunning beaches of Samiopoula, Tsopela, Kako Rema, Kiriakou, and Aspros Kavos.
