The orchard itself overlooks Megalo Seitani beach, a designated conservation area for rare fauna and flora.  As well as the villas, the orchard includes an olive grove, vegetable garden, vineyard with a variety of grapes, aromatic herb gardens, colourful flowers and fruit trees, all grown and tended according to strict organic guidelines.

The villas’ stucco finish replicates the colours of the earth and the pebbles of the nearby beaches, creating a setting that is in perfect harmony with the natural environment.

With exposed wood beam gables, the sitting rooms feature working log-burning fireplaces for cooler early spring and late autumn evenings.

Terracotta-tiled front verandas are shaded by wooden pergolas and offer stupendous panoramic views of the property’s gardens and vineyard, the southern Aegean, and Samos’s incredibly lush mountains.

Each of the three villas boasts its own private landscaped paved garden which offers a third al fresco dinning area option. 

Guests can swim / snorkel in the property’s two private coves, lounge by the pool taking in the views or jexplore. Karlovassi, with its nightlife and restaurants is only a short distance away.
