Both luxury villas have patio areas of local stone, and are set in their own private grounds among shrubs and terraced gardens. 

The ground floor veranda leads to the shimmering private swimming pool with its large terrace for relaxing and sunbathing.  The smaller veranda at first floor level offers unhindered and breathtaking views of the east coast of Paxos and the azure waters of the Ionian sea. 

The layout of the grounds and the downstairs bedroom offered in each of these villas makes them particularly suitable for the less mobile.

Each villa also has air-conditioning in both bedrooms, satellite TV (limited English channels), CD player, laundry facilities, built in BBQ, extensive terrace areas containing private swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and an individual parking area.

The village of Gaios is a 15 minutes walk away and the local supermarket can orrange deliveries.
