Set above the coastal road on one of the most outstanding positions on the island and spaciously located in landscaped grounds designed to blend in with its natural surroundings lies Villa Petres and its' sister property (used exclusively by the owner). 

Villa Petres is constructed out of local honey coloured stone and decorated internally in a modern style.  The large living area with huge inviting sofas and high ceilings opens out on to the wide terrace which runs the length of the villa.  White veranda drapes offer pleasant shade while you can marvel at the sweeping panoramic views.  As the sun cools and thoughts of al-fresco dining emerge, the well equipped kitchen with its easy access to the BBQ has been thoughtfully styled and makes cooking a pleasure. 

Stone stairs lead down to three spacious bedrooms.  The master and one of the twin rooms’ patio doors lead out to carefully tended gardens and the immaculate pool terrace, while the third room is a twin/double and has high windows cleverly placed around two of the walls to give a light and cool atmosphere.  Steps take you from the upper terraces to the large turquoise pool encompassed by local stone patios and small terraced lawns – quite superb for those wishing to take a cooling dip.  Gardens and rockeries boasting many varieties of Mediterranean plants enhance this truly idyllic property.

The villa has ample car parking to the rear, all bedrooms are air conditioned, and satellite TV (with limited English channels) is also available. Maid service is 3 hours per day, 7 days per week.  Linen and towels are changed twice weekly. 

This property has an open staircase and low walls on the upper terraces - care must therefore be taken, with this property not being suitable for those with young children.
