Villa Lillian, set in olive groves, and located in the hamlet of Velianitatika is only 2km from Gaios and around a 10 mins walk from the stunning west coast of Paxos.

This Villa has been tastefully renovated to include both traditiional and modern features. Stylishly furnished to a high standard it offers spacious interiors, open beamed ceilings and terracota stone floors throughout.

Villa Lillian consists of a large combined living/dining area, with an well equipped modern open plan kitchen running off it.  Within this kitchen is the old stove area - now a decorative feature only.  There is a ground floor double room containing a king size bed, and a laundry/shower room.

A spiral, open tread staircase leads up to a mezzanine gallery, from which there are 3 further double bedrooms (one is a very small double) and a bathroom with shower.  Air conditioning is on the landing in this property rather that in the bedrooms.

The large grounds contain an extensive variety of wild flowers, traditional dry stone walls and silvery leafed olive trees.  There is a pleasant partly covered side terrace with a BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining and living.

The closest tavernas are located only a 5 minute stroll down the country lane, and the nearest beach is a 10 mins walk. 

Owing to its secluded location, we include car hire with this property (2 x Group A cars based on 6 sharing) .  There are number of steps surrounding this property so it may prove unsuitable for the infirm.
