Hidden under a canopy of olive trees, this carefully designed villa has been built to a very high standard and holds a superior position on the East Coast of Paxos. The private landscaped grounds, shared with the other Kipos properties, blend in with the terraced grove offering dappled shade to laze with a book. The open and airy living area leads to Kyma’s large terrace which is perfect for those leisurely al fresco dinners. For those wishing to cook outside, Kipos grounds has an enchanting covered patio with the shared built in B.B.Q, with table and chairs.

Furnished in a modern style, the downstairs of this villa contains a semi open plan living, dining and kitchen area.  The kitchen contains full cooking facilities and a large fridge-freezer. There is also twin bedroom with adjacent shower room, and a master double room with en suite shower room.

A steep open stairs leads to a further twin room located in the eaves of the property (a stairgate can be provided to prevent younger children gaining access to the staircase). Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

The large shared swimming pool has stunning sea views across to the mountains of Epirus on the mainland and from the poolside 70 steps lead down directly onto the white pebble beach and the crystal clear sea.

Maid service is 6 times weekly and linen is changed twice weekly.  There is also a laundry room shared between the properties. 

Located approximately 20 minutes stroll into Gaios. Local super markets also offer a delivery service.
