Paxos

This collection of villas (2) and apartments (6) have been carefully planned by a local Paxiot family to offer privacy and individuality. They have been built to a high standard and are located in a superior position on the east coast of Paxos, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Ionian sea.

As you approach Kallisti Villa, it is impossible not to be captivated by the array of shrubs and hue of clambering bougainvillea leading on to the terrace.

Centrally located in the property is the main living area.  At one end is a double bedroom with en suite shower room while at the other is a twin bedroom with a further en suite shower room.  Outside is a large, partially covered triple aspect terrace area offering a panoramic sea view.  Each bedroom offers air- conditioning and the villa also has satellite TV (limited English channels).

The large shared swimming pool has stunning sea views across to the mountains of Epirus on the mainland and from the poolside 70 steps lead down directly onto the white pebble beach and the crystal clear sea.

Although the villa has its own private entrance through some large wrought iron gates, it also enjoys all of the amenities of the neighbouring Kipos properties. Maid service is 6 times weekly and linen is changed twice weekly.  There is also a laundry room shared between the Kipos properties. 

Located approximately 20 minutes stroll into Gaios.

Local supermarkets offer a delivery service.
