Set on the coastal road amongst olive trees, this bright and spacious villa from its' balcony offers outstanding views across the gleaming stretch of sea to the mountains of Epirus.

The grounds around the house have been paved in local Paxiot stone – this continues around a private swimming pool (salt water) that has a trellis gate that can be closed to restrict access to the pool for young children.

The sparkling waters of Kamini beach are just a five minute walk below the villa, whilst a pleasant stroll along the coastal road and harbour promenade leads to the captivating village of Gaios in around 25 minutes.

The villa has a lounge/dining room with a bar separating the kitchen area and leads to a large partly covered terrace.  Off this main room are a twin and a double bedroom each with sloping celings.  Two separate shower rooms complete the villa.  There is an additional sofabed in the living area.  Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms, and there is also a washing machine available for use. 

There is a private parking area adjacent to the villa.
