Paxos

This collection of villas (2) and apartments (6) have been carefully planned by a local Paxiot family to offer privacy and individuality. They have been built to a high standard and are located in a superior position on the east coast of Paxos, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Ionian sea.

Both Koukouli and Kamini (2 bedroomed) are air conditioned and have their own terrace with incomparable views, ideal for both sunbathing and al fresco dining. The two properties can each be combined for 6 people and are highly recommended for friends and family wishing to holiday together and yet retain their independence.

Both apartments are furnished in a bright style and downstairs contains a semi open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen contains full cooking facilities and a large fridge-freezer. There is also a double bedroom with a small en suite shower room.  Steep open stairs in Kamini lead up to a twin bedroom in the eaves of the property – we would not recommend small children using this room.  A further shower room is located at the bottom of the stairs.  Koukouli is built on one level with the bedrooms (one twin and one double) and bathroom being up one step from the living area.

The separate 1 bedroomed apartments of the same names are cleverly built over two levels.  Downstairs is a small kitchen and living area with a private patio area just outside.  Stairs lead steeply up to a small double bedroom and shower room.  Access to the interconnecting terrace in Kamini is by patio doors leading from the bedroom, though the wooden divider can be closed if guests wish to remain independent.  The divider is permanently closed between the two Koukouli apartnments.

Each of Koukouli and Kamini can be combined to form a 3 bedroomed villa.

The large shared swimming pool has stunning sea views across to the mountains of Epirus on the mainland, and from the poolside 70 steps lead down directly onto the white pebble beach and the crystal clear sea. Maid service is 6 times weekly and linen is changed twice weekly.  There is also a laundry room shared between the Kipos properties. 

Located approximately 20 minutes stroll into Gaios. Local supermarkets also offer a delivery service.
