Paxos

This collection of villas (2), apartments (4) and studios (2), have been carefully planned by a local Paxiot family to offer privacy and individuality. They have been built to a high standard and are located in a superior position on the east coast of Paxos, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Ionian sea.

The apartments have a private entrance gate from the main drive and enjoy all of the amenities of the Kipos properties.

Each apartment has a small combined lounge/dining with a bar separating it from the kitchen area which contains a full cooker and fridge-freezer.  There is also a double air-conditioned bedroom with en suite shower room. 

The large shared swimming pool has stunning sea views across to the mountains of Epirus on the mainland, and from the poolside 70 steps lead down directly onto the white pebble beach and the crystal clear sea. Maid service is 6 times weekly and linen is changed twice weekly.  There is also a laundry room shared between the Kipos properties. 

Located approximately 25 minutes stroll into Gaios, a car is recommended for these properties.
