Milos

Located in the pretty fishing village of Pollonia are the Zepos Sea Studios and Apartments.  The complex is family run, consists of just 1 studio, 1 suite and 2 apartments and is perched directly on the waterfront of Pollonia – one can almost dangle feet directly in the water while enjoying the views across the bay.  There is also a swimming platform immediately in front of the property which is a delightful waterside property offering high quality accommodation as a base from which to explore the intriguing island of Milos.

The studio (known as Red) is a spacious unit perfect for a couple and has a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony with views across the bay. 

The blue suite is the superior room of Captain Zepos. It is decorated in elegant navy style. The suite can accommodate 2-4 people., it has a fully equipped kitchenette, TV and air conditioning. The balcony offers a spectaclar view ogf the Aegean Sea.

The green maisonette consists of 2 bedrooms ( with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms, a small fully equipped kitchen, TV. The apartment can accommodate 4-6 people. The first bedroom has a view of the Pollonia harbour and the the double bedroom is located upstairs. There are also 2 sofa beds in the lounge. The large balcony offer a beautiful panoramic view of the clear blue sea by day and the starry sky at night.

The closest beach is just 50m from the property – as are the charming tavernas of Pollonia village where there are also shops and traditional Cafenion – coffee shops.  From Pollonia there is also a regular ferry service to the island of Kimolos.
