Located just 5 minutes stroll from the pretty village of Pollonia the Konstantakis Studios and Apartments have a wonderfully panoramic view over the neighbouring islands and the blue of the Aegean Sea.  The traditional complex of typically Cycladic buildings are surrounded by large grounds filled with trees, palms and fragrant flowers and off a tranquil base from which to enjoy Milos.

There are just 6 bungalows, 2 superior studios and 1 junior suite here.  Each is uniquely designed and combines traditional Cycladic architecture with modern amenities – and were completely renovated in 2008. 

Bungalows are suitable for up to 3 people and consist of a double or twin beds, single sofa-bed and a private fully furnished balcony or terrace overlooking the village and out to sea. 

Superior studios are slightly larger and are suitable for up to 4 people – consisting of a double bed, a further single bed and a specially designed living room corner with traditional built-in sofa, and completed by a private fully furnished balcony or terrace overlooking the village and out to sea. 

The junior suite is larger still and suitable for up to 4 people and consists of a separate double bedroom, living area with two convertible sofas and 2 large verandas both overlooking the sea. 

All rooms are air conditioned and have a TV, kitchenette, bath or shower room, hairdryer and balcony or terrace – most with sea view.

Konstantakis has its own vineyard producing excellent local table wine and a large area set aside for growing organic fruit and vegetables – visitors are invited to participate in agricultural activites on the farm should they wish.  The owners offer a free garden buffet during the early evening where produce from the farm can be sampled.  The optional breakfasts available are served in each room.

There is a bus stop within 400m from the property, the closest beach is 250m and the islands port and airport are within 12km.
