This traditional complex of Cycladic buildings consisting of eight bungalow style studios and a suite stands in large grounds 400m from the village centre and sandy Pollonia beach. All are air-conditioned and have a TV, kitchenette, shower room, hairdryer and terraces mostly with sea views. All have a double bed and sofa bed. The superior studios are larger and have a CD player.

There is also a two room suite consisting of a living room containing two sofa beds and a separate bedroom with double bed, both leading on to verandas.

Konstantakis has its own vineyard producing excellent table wine and a large farm growing organic produce. The bus stop is 400m away.
