Trapezaki
Tranquil Trapezaki (meaning small table in Greek) is situated on the stunning southern coast of Kefalonia. This dramatic stretch of serene coastline is back-dropped by the slopes of Mount Aenos which descend to the Robola vineyards, olive groves and tall cypress trees, making ideal nature walks. The name “Trapezaki” has been given to the part of the beach that is on the right side of the small fishing port. On the other side, there is a very long beach called Kaminia.
The beach joins another small fishing port, Lithero, and also the vast beach of Lourdas. This beautiful beach is a mixture of shingle and sand is a great choice for families with safe turquoise water, which is shallow and clear.
There are a couple of waterfront tavernas serving up gorgeous Greek food which you can enjoy while the sun sets into the deep blue sea.
The transfer time to Trapezaki from Kefalonia airport is around 30 minutes.
