Villa Fedra is the largest of the four stylish beach villas and it is set in extensive private grounds with panoramic mountain views. Being a stone's throw from the beach you can hear the echo of the waves through the surrounding trees whilst sitting on your terrace.

The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The lounge area offers comfortable sofas, DVD player and satellite TV and from here double doors lead out to the pool and patio area. The high quality fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, full cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is a twin bedroom with ample fitted wardrobe space and access to the patio and pool and there is a shower room/toilet adjacent to the twin bedroom.

On the upper floor are two double bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobe space and access to either a balcony or small patio area. There is a further shower room/toilet on this level.

The pool is surrounded by plants and shrubs for privacy. The large patio area with sun loungers has a lovely furnished dining area for al fresco dining, a BBQ and external shower.

These impeccable villas are perfectly situated no more than 100 metres from the beach and a pleasant 1 km walk along the seafront will take you to the harbour front in Sami, where you will find a wide selection of shops and tavernas.
