Locanda Cottage has lovingly been restored with breathtaking views to Ithaka and the surrounding lush countryside, located in Matsoukata, a small village 3km away from Fiscardo and 2km from the wonderful beach of Foki. The owner has taken great care restoring this property and has made beautiful elegant touches throughout. The cottage with its thick stone walls has two levels. On the upper level there is a sitting room with TV and DVD. There is fully equipped corner kitchen with full oven, microwave and fridge / freezer. The cosy master bedroom is also on this level. On the lower level there is a bathroom and a cute second double bedroom. The house is surrounded by a paved veranda on various levels with beautiful plants. There is also a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. Restaurants can be found on the habourfront in Fiskardo or in the village of Magganos, located 2km away there is also a mini market and cafe.
