Kefalonia

The five Garden villas stand 200 metres above the pretty fishing village of Aghia Efima. All villas are air-conditioned and are furnished to a high standard and each villa also has its own garage.

There is a shared pool with sun beds and steps down to a toilet shower area. All Garden villas have a living room with a lovely open kitchen consisting of a full oven with 4 rings, large fridge/ freezer, full kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The dining room area with a toilet and shower is downstairs.

In the living room the sofas can be easily converted into two single beds (double bed when they are attached). Double doors lead on to a balcony with table and chairs, which is the perfect spot for outside dining. Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with the comfort of a television, dressing table with mirror and large built-in wardrobes.

The spacious balcony with comfortable deck chairs can be accessed from the bedroom through sliding doors. The balcony offers beautiful panoramic views over the Pyllaros Valley to the front and right and to the left the beautiful bay of Agia Efimia and the Ionian Sea. There is also a spacious separate bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with a full bathtub.

There is also a grassed terrace in front of each villa with relaxing sun beds and as the villas are all south facing they enjoy the sunshine all day.  The beaches and all the village amenities are no more than 5-10 minutes walk away (uphill on the way back).
