A traditional guesthouse of a 19th Century building located in the small hillside villaga of Tzivaras, this villa has beautiful sea views.  The house has been renovated using natural materials to maintain unaltered the special elements of the past contained within.

On the ground floor, the villa has a large dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen which contains a full oven as well as 4 hotplates, a microwave and a washing machine.  There is also a large sitting room with a fireplace and satellite TV (limited english channels).  To round out the ground floor, there is a large bathroom with full sized bathtub.

At first floor level, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin - each of which has individual air conditioning.  There is a further shower room and finally, a cosy sitting area.  From this, there is a beautiful furnished balcony with the stunning sea views afforded by the property.

The garden contains the pool and is surrounded by shrubs and flowers with fencing marking the perimeter.

Although fairly close to beaches, car hire is essential at these properties.
