The 4 Elianthos Houses are newer buildings combining both the new with the old in terms of Cretan character.  They are located at one end of the village of Vamos in a slightly elevated position which affords them outstanding views of the White Mountains.

The houses share a large swimming pool in a splendid garden where there is also a pool snackbar and a communal barbecuew area.

Elianthos 1 and 2 are very similar in layout and have a large living/dining room containing two comfortable sofas which convert into single beds, a well equipped kitchenette and a shower room on the ground floor.  Upstairs is a twin bedroom, further shower room, and balcony with further views of the White Mountains.  These 2 are suitable for up to 4 people.

Elianthos 3 is built over just one level and has a lovely garden to the front of the property.  Inside there is a living/dining area with 2 sofas which convert into single beds, a kitchenette corner, shower room and twin bedroom.  This house is also suitable for up to 4 people but is especially suited to those with young children or the less mobile as there are no steps inside the property.

Elianthos 4 is also built over just a single level and has a living/dining room with 3 sofas which convert into single beds, the customary kitchenette corner, shower room and a separate bedroom containing a double bed.  The addition of the 3rd sofa means that this prperty is suitable for up to 5 people.

Although a car is not essential, it is recommended to explore the local area.   These properties are especially recommended for families who wish to holiday together yet retain their own privacy.
