Villa Erofili is a beautiful newly built stone house in the quiet countryside village of Asteri. It is situated in gently sloping olive groves and offers beautiful views to the sea and the mountains.

The villa is furnished in warm colours with modern facilities.  There is a large private swimming pool with hydro-massage and a separate childrens section. There are sun beds and also a BBQ area.

The villa is beautifully designed with a great layout, which combined with a fabulous location offering panoramic views over the mountains, sea, and olive groves creates a very special and exclusive setting.

Villa Erofili has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and is suitable for up to 8 persons. The entrance leads to the spacious open planned air-conditioned living/dining hall with marble fireplace, satellite TV (limited english channels) and a comfortable sitting area.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, cutlery and table-ware.

There is one bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC on the ground floor.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three further bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage bathtub. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There is also another spacious full bathroom with a washing machine is on this floor.

Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains and all are air-conditioned.

The villa has also a beautiful rooftop terrace, perfect to sit and enjoy magnificent views to the sea and mountain with the city of Rethymnon.

Villa Erofili also offers iron/ironing board, hair dryers and safety deposit box.  There is also ample car parking along the side of the villa on the private driveway.
