Just 800m from the sea, and set in beautifully designed and landscaped gardens the Antilia Apartments is made up of 3 buildings.  Narrow stone paths wind through the lawns and rose beds to the entrance to each building where bougainvilia tumbles over the terracotta roofs of the door canopies.

The apartments share a lovely 20x8m swimming pool surrounded by ample terraces with chairs and sunbeds which also offers a convenient pool bar open for most of the season - perfect for drinks and snacks throughout the day.

The village of Tavronitis offers a butcher, a baker and mini-markets for daily essentials and is just 800m from the apartment.  Just a few steps further is the pebble beach backed by three or four tavernas.  Livelier Platanias is just 15mins drive in the direction of Chania and in the other direction the fishing village of Kolymbari at the base of the Ropodou peninsula where there are further tavernas to chose from.

Each of the split level apartments offers a nicely equipped kitchenette and comfortable seating area (some containing a sofa bed to accommodate a 5th person) which opens onto either a balcony or terrace area which contains a table and chairs with views either over the gardens, pool area or out to sea.  There is a twin room and shower room on the lower level while the master bedroom is on the upper level.

There is a comfortable reception area which also offers luggage storage and shower facilities for the use of all guests - especially those with later departures.  This newer building offers apartments furnished in a more modern style, with the traditional apartments finished internally with polished wooden floors and timbered ceilings yet of the same high standard as those in the newest building.  All apartments offer air conditioning, satellite TV's (limited english channels), hairdriers and use of communal washing machines.

These apartments offer excellent value for money and have a loyal following of guests who return time and again to experience the quiet hospitality offered by the owner and his family.

Although not essential, we do recommend car hire for this property.
