Aeolus Villas is a newly built complex of 3 villas. All Villas have their own swimming pool, garden and privacy. Aeolus Villas complex is built on the top of the hill above the sea only 5 minute walk from the beach and 2km from the nearest village of Makrigialos at Lagada beach, 27 km from Ierapetra, 35 km from Sitia, 60 km from Agios Nikolaos, and 120 km from Heraklion airport.

Aeolus Villa 1 consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with the other 3 on the top floor. The ground floor terrace offers direct access to the swimming pool and garden. On the top floor there are 2 balconies with spectacular views. Each room has marble floors. The bathrooms are located adjacent to each bedroom andhave both marble floors and walls. The ground floor kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. Satellite TV and a DVD player can be found in the sitting room. The villa is fully air conditioned and can accommodate from 6 up to 12 people.  A barbeque is available in the garden along with sun beds and sun umbrellas.
 

Aeolus Villa 2 is located next to the first villa. and again offers a swimming pool and a garden. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor and 3 of them are located on the top floor. The ground floor leads out to a terrace with direct access to the swimming pool as well as to the garden. On the top floor there is a balcony with spectacular views  Each room has marble floors. The bathrooms are located adjacent to each bedroom and have marble floors and walls. The ground floor kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. Satellite TV and a DVD player can be found in the sitting room. The villa is fully air conditioned and can accommodate from 6 up to 10 people.  A barbeque is available in the garden along with sun beds and sun umbrellas.

Aeolus Villa 3 is located next to the 2nd villa and also offers a swimming pool and a garden. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 bedroom being located on the ground floor and 2 on the top floor. On the ground floor there is a terrace with direct access to the swimming pool as well as to the garden. On the top floor there is a balcony with spectacular views. The house offers marble floors throughout. The bathrooms are located adjacent to each bedroom and have marble floors and walls. The ground floor kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. Satellite TV and a DVD player can be found in the sitting room. The villa is fully air conditioned and can accommodate from 6 up to 8 people.  A barbeque is available in the garden along with sun beds and sun umbrellas.
