Set back above the coast road on a small private hill with lawned gardens to the rear, these two individual properties (Achilles and Terpsichori) share their own 14 metre fan shaped swimming pool and enjoy an enviable position and superb seaviews. With the sandy beach of Kalamaki no more than 300 metres away and a number of nearby tavernas and small supermarkets, the situation couldn't be more convenient and car hire, although useful, is certainly not essential.

Accommodation is 1 bedroom apartments or a 3 bedroom apartment. All apartments are complete with ktchen, living area, bedroom, private bathroom, and terrace or balcony.

Facilities include:- DVD, satellite TV, washing machine, hair dryer, Iron and ironing board, toaster, Kettle, Wi Fi connection, juicer, Filter coffee machine.

The 3 bedroomed apartment is comprised of a double, a twin and a third bedroom with bunkbeds.  Each has access to an east facing terrace and the lawned gardens.  The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom which also contains the washing machine while the remaining bedrooms share shower room.  The spacious open plan living area has a breakfast bar separating it from the fully equipped kitchen.  There are two further terraces - one faces west and has stunning sea views, and the other - also west-facing contains an outside dining area and a purpose built barbecue.

The two one bedroomed apartments offer well laid out accommodation with a sofa bed in the living area which converts into 2 childrens beds.  The open plan lounge/kitchen area has patio doors with access to either a balcony or terrace with views over the garden or pool and to the sea.  The double bedroom is furnished to a high standard.  There is a terrace with views over the foliage to the sea which also contactins a brick barbecue.

The pool is shared with the Achilles Apartments whch are a separate building in the same grounds.  The 3 bedroomed apartment and the 2 one bedroomed apartments can be rented as one unit to form a 5 bedroomed villa.
