Set back above the coast road on a small private hill with lawned gardens to the rear, these two individual properties share their own 14 metre fan shaped swimming pool and enjoy an enviable position and superb seaviews. With the sandy beach of Kalamaki no more than 300 metres away and a number of nearby tavernas and small supermarkets, the situation couldn't be more convenient and car hire, although useful, is certainly not essential.

Accommodation ranges from 1 bedroom apartment to 3 bedroom apartment. All apartments are complete with ktchen, living area, bedroom, private bathroom, and terrace or balcony.

Facilities include:- DVD, satellite TV, washing machine, hair dryer, Iron and ironing board, toaster, Kettle, Wi Fi connection, juicer, Filter coffee machine.

The 3 bedroomed apartments are comprised of a double, a twin and a third bedroom with either twin beds or bunkbeds and a single.  Each has either a balcony or access to a covered verandah (the third bedroom in one apartment has no exterior access).  The 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom and a further shower room.  The spacious open plan living area has a separate raised dining area and a breakfast bar separating it from the kitchen.  Each apartment has either a balcony or terrace from the living area with views over the gardens or pool area and out to sea.

The 2 bedroomed apartment also features the split level living/dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.  The bedrooms are made up of a double and a twin which share a bathroom.  Each also has a balcony or terrace with views over the garden or pool and out to sea.

The one bedroomed apartments offer well laid out accommodation with a double sofa bed in the living area.  The open plan lounge/kitchen area has patio doors with access to either a balcony or terrace with views over the garden or pool and to the sea.  The large double bedroom has a walk in dressing room where the washing machine is hidden and an ensuite shower room.

In total, there are 3 3 bedroomed apartments, 1 2 bedroomed apartment and 3 1 bedroomed apartments making up this great complex.  The pool is shared with the Terpsichori Apartments whch are a separate building in the same grounds.
