Aetofolia ('Eagle's Nest') is a wonderful new villa, both private and spacious.  It is situated in beautiful countryside within a short walk of the lovely sandy beach and village of Almirida.

Aetofolia has all the facilities to keep a large group of friends or family happy and entertained. It features a private tennis and basket ball court (equipment provided), a large swimming pool and children’s pool with heating facility. There is an indoor games room with pool table and table tennis, a small childrens playground and a shaded pergola for outdoor dining next to a stone BBQ.

The lovely setting and breathtaking sea and country views add to the villa’s unique features. The excellent tavernas in Almirida are within a short distance and there are several beautiful countryside walks within the area.  A perfect place to combine relaxation and activity.
