This excellent hotel is owned and managed by the Papadakis family where a warm welcome is always assured. It is situated on a beautiful, deep, sandy beach with Chania 38km to the west, Rethymnon 18km to the east, and next door to the pretty village of Georgioupolis. There is a half hourly bus service in both directions.

286 superior bungalows (approx 30 sq m ) and 170 standard bungalows (approx 18 sq m ) are set in lovely flower-filled gardens. Rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV, fridge, hairdryer, safe, balcony or terrace and ensuite bathroom. Standard bungalows are by the beach with sea views or side sea views. The superior bungalows are approached by an underpass and all have pool or garden views. There are two restaurants serving an excellent buffet, plus an a la carte restaurant and a beach taverna offering authentic Cretan cooking in informal surroundings.

There are two outdoor pools plus a children's pool and mini-club. An indoor swimming pool is an added attraction combined with a sauna and Turkish bath adjacent to a fully-equipped gym. Sports facilities include a floodlit tennis court, table tennis and a watersports centre offering a wide range of activities on a truly splendid beach 380m long.
