Villa Stratos is one of three Stratis Villas. Newly built in Cretan style this villa is located in the village of Megala Horafia, Apokoronas, Western Crete. Built on a hill top over looking the sea, this village has roots going back to Minoan times.

A ten minute drive from beautiful sandy beaches, yet situated in a quiet corner far away from any interruptions, the Villa offers peace in beautiful surroundings.

Villa Stratos is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor is an open plan and fully equipped kitchen, living / dining area and toilet.

An internal staircase leads onto the upper floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds sharing a bath/wc.

Outside there is a garden area and pool with sunbeds and umbrellas

The villa boasts fantastic views of both the White Mountains and Souda Bay, is ideal for just a rest, sampling Cretan village life or exploring the Cretan countryside.

The town of Chania with its array of shops and restaurants is just 8km away and the Ancient ruins of Aptera with it's Roman aquaducts and bath house only 2 km away.

A car is considered essential for exploring the area and the whole island.
