Villa Iannis a beautiful two bedroomed house, sharing a beautiful plot with another villa which is next door. It is located just 300 metres from the center of Almirida village where you will find shops, mini markets, tavernas, coffee bars, bars and the famous Almirida beachfront. The Villa Iannis is in a quiet, secluded location and yet so near to everything.

The town of Chania is about 25 km away and the nearest airport is Chania which is around 30 minutes drive.

Villa Iannis has unique in its design and has three levels. Entering the house, there is a double bedroom with a beautiful balcony and a fully equipped bathroom with bath and a large sized walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. On the lower level there is a large double bedroom complete with full en-suite facilities, in addition to which there is a pair of bunk beds for additional sleeping. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is a large lounge and dining room plus a beautiful terrace overlooking Souda Bay to the front and the White Mountains to the side. On this first floor there is a fully fitted Kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker , hob , kettle, toaster. IIn the lounge/dining area there are 2 full sized futon beds which will comfortably sleep two more persons. The villa is fully air conditioned and heated for the winter.

Outside there is a private swimming pool in a size of 50 sqm (5 x 10) and a large patio. A BBQ area is to the side and it is for the use of both villas. Around the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing. A car is not necessary as the villa is located in an excellent spot just a short walking distance to the beach and the amenities.
