This spacious villa, set over three floors offers a private corner to all its guests. Villa Nestor is located in a secluded hillside terrace, in the small hamlet of Apolissies near Nissaki, which is reached by a steep and winding road through olive groves from the coastal road.

Overlooking Nissaki Bay, villa Nestor boosts dramatic views across the sea to the coastline stretching between Albania and Greece and along Corfu’s east coastline down to the Venetian fortifications of Corfu Town. At night, the twinkling lights of Corfu Town are visible.

Ground Floor: Consists of an air-conditioned twin bedded room with ensuite Shower room, washbasin and W.C. Patio doors open onto a courtyard area.

First Floor: Consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining-area, a spacious and comfortable sitting room leading onto a balcony with sea view, a W.C with washbasin.

Second Floor: Consists of an air-conditioned double-bedded room with ensuite Bathroom, washbasin and W.C. Patio door patio door open onto large private terrace with spectacular view.

DISTANCES

Beach: 1,5 kms from Nissaki Beach but also Krouzeri and Kaminaki Other beaches such as Agni or Barbati are at only 10 to 15 mins drive

Shops / restaurants: 900 meters from local Mini market, Restaurants and snack bars in Nissaki (1500 meters). Nearest shopping centres to the villa are Ipsos - going back in the direction of town and Kassiopi, going north. There you will find souvenir shops, boutiques, jewellers and mini markets. Both Ipsos and Kassiopi are lively resorts in the evening with a good choice of bars, disco and tavernas.

Corfu Airport : 25 kilometers

Recommended: .Car Hire is recommended.  Local boat hire is highly recommended  to explore the nearby beaches and coves of the stunning northeast corner of the island

LOCATION

The small hamlet of Nissaki has managed to escape any large-scale tourist development and, as such, enjoys an unhurried pace of life and a truly relaxed atmosphere.
Nissaki Bay has three picturesque coves each sheltering its own pebble beach, clear blue waters and one with a tiny anchorage backed by a couple of fine tavernas. All the beaches have sun beds, parasols, pedalos and motorboats to hire and a selection of water sports to enjoy. Each beach has at least 2 waterside tavernas.  Furthermore, on the main road there is a good selection of eateries always with stunning sea views from their dining terraces and also a couple of good supermarkets and a bakery along with a few gift shops. Please consider that distances are uphill.

SHOPPING & NIGHTLIFE

Nearest shopping centre to the villa is Ipsos - going back in the direction of town.  Here you will find souvenir shops, boutiques, jewellers and mini markets. Going north Kassiopi has a wide choice of souvenir shops, olive wood produce, lace, boutiques, shoe shop, jewellers and mini markets. Both Ipsos and Kassiopi are at approximately 7 to 10 kilometers and are lively resorts in the evening with a good choice of bars, disco and tavernas.
