Villa Anemelia is a wonderfully relaxing retreat tucked in the olive groves just above the bay of Avlaki. The bay of Avlaki is within walking distance although it's an uphill walk on the way back!  Just a short drive away are the resorts of Agios Stephanos, Kerasia and Kassiopi.

A sister villa to Villa Agrilia, the two together would make a perfect choice for two families who wish to holiday together and yet retain their independence.

The villa, accessed via 14 stone steps, is light and airy with superior furnishings and décor. Tiled floors and neutral colours are complemented by wooden furniture. 

The open plan lounge/dining area leads onto a kitchen area with full hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The lounge has a TV and DVD player and a large patio door out to the terrace area.  Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a corner bath.  A second twin bedroom is located next to the master with a small ensuite bathroom (hip bath only) and there is a third twin room with a small shower room in the hallway.

There is a small twin/double room, shower room, and a small sitting area with its own private balcony accessed via some steep stairs. In the mature grounds that surround the villa, is a kidney shaped infinity pool and an outdoor BBQ to allow for al fresco living at its best.  The pool area has stunning sea views.
