Villa San Matheos is located in the sleepy village of Paramonas which is around 22km from Corfu Town and the airport and just 300m from Paramonas beach with its golden sands.

Newly completed, this luxury villa offers a secluded retreat in a peaceful location yet is also perfectly placed to explore Corfu.

Built over 2 floors, the upper level contains 3 of the 5 bedrooms.  There is the master suite - a double with an ensuite bathroom, open jaccuzzi and balcony with sea view, a secondary master double with jaccuzzi bathroom and balcony, and a twin also with balcony and adjoining shower room.

The lower level has a fourth double bedroom, large and fully equipped kitchen, dining area and open plan living room.  The villa also has satellite TV (lmimited english channels), a Playstation, and an office area with internet access - the whole of this main building is air-conditioned throughout.

The villa also has a separate, even more luxurious "Honeymoon Suite" which has a king-size bed, open jaccuzzi, private bathroom, satellite TV, home cinema and a large private veranda area.  Our local agent in Corfu can also arrange weddings and blessings - to help make the perfect wedding.

The closest beach is just 300m from the villa along with tavernas and a small mini-market.  A wider choice of amenities can be found in Aghios Matheos a 2km drive from the property.  There are, however, a number of steps around the property which may make it less suitable for those who are less mobile.

Although not absolutely essential, we strongly recommend car hire for guests to this villa as the local area is relatively spread out.
