Built over two floors with a mix of rustic and modern furniture, Villa Niovi has real character and will captivate visitors with its charm. This idyllic one bedroomed house is conveniently located a short distance from the centre of the village and its nearby sweeping golden sandy beach.  Although it shares the area with four other villas, Niovi is set back and surrounded by its own private and matured gardens.

As with the other properties within the group of villas, Niovi enjoys access to the shared swimming pool (11 x 7m), poolside bar area with fridge, poolside shower and portable BBQ.

On the ground floor, there is an open plan fully fitted kitchen with microwave, hob, full oven, fridge freezer and dining facilities.  There is a sitting area with sofas, table and satellite TV (limited English channels).  Also downstairs is a shower room with washbasin and WC. There is also an attic bedroom with sloping roof, twin beds, air conditioning and safe accessed via some very steep stairs.

Maid service is 3 times weekly and linen / towels are changed twice weekly.  The nearest beaches are in the village of Aghios Georgios or at Halikounas. The closest minimarket is a 2 minute walk.
