Villa Lefki is a modern impressive property set within vast walled gardens providing a perfect location for those wishing to get away from it all and enjoy both villa and beach life. It is ideally located only a few minutes walk from the beach and Lake Korrison, which is home to many rare bird species - great for walking and being close to nature. There are no less than three local tavernas within strolling distance, as well as a beach-bar, and you will find a good selection of amenities in Aghios Georgios which can be found within a fifteen minute drive. Please note that a few of the local amenities are seasonal and may not be open at the beginning or end of the season.

The entrance of the villa leads into a large open plan, fully fitted kitchen containing a full oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.

The living area has a large corner fireplace, satellite TV (limited English channels) and a DVD player and access to a partially covered terraceoverlooking the pool area.  Three steps lead up to the hall on a split-level and 2 twin bedrooms each with ensuite shower/WC.  Each of the bedrooms have patio doors which lead onto the balcony, with distant sea views. There is a separate WC with washing machine.

On the first floor is the double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and WC.  Patio doors lead onto a covered balcony with uninterrupted views of the sea.  There is also a small office/study area which opens onto a small private balcony.

A private gated drive leads up to the villa with its lawned area, flowerbeds and private pool, open poolside shower and portable BBQ.

Air conditioning is available in every bedroom.

The nearest supermarket is located 7.5 km away.
