This enchanting one bedroomed house situated in beautifully matured gardens is conveniently located on the outskirts of the village of Aghios Georgios and only a short distance from a beautiful sandy beach. 

Villa Frini comfortably furnished in a country style and built on one level, has an open-plan fitted kitchen with a full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven and breakfast bar. Leading on from the kitchen is a comfortable seating area with sofa.

Off this main room is a double bedroom with air conditioning, satellite TV (limited English channels) and a shower room with wash basin, wc and small safe.

There is also a a spacious terrace overlooking the pool area. The shared swimming pool (11 x 7m) has a poolside bar area with fridge, poolside shower and is surrounded by a lawn with sunbeds and outdoor furniture, including a shared BBQ.

Maid service is 3 times weekly and linen / towels are changed twice weekly.  The nearest beaches are in the village of Aghios Georgios or at Halikounas. The closest minimarket is a 2 minute walk away.
