Villa Fedra is conveniently located in beautifully matured gardens, just a short distance from the centre of the village and its sweeping golden sandy beach. This modern villa has been tastefully decorated and has all the facilities required for a great holiday. Set over two levels Villa Fedra has a fully fitted galley style kitchen with microwave oven, full oven and hob, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is an open dining area with a small living area by the front door containing a single sofa bed as well as a shower room. Accessed via a spiral staircase is a double room with a large balcony containing chairs and a table and a smaller twin room with its own small balcony, both have satellite TV (limited English channels). There is also a second shower room. The shared swimming pool (11m x 7 m) is surrounded by both paved terraces and lawn and has plenty of sunbeds to relax and enjoy the gardens. There is a poolside bar area with fridge and shower along with a portable BBQ. Maid service is 3 times weekly and linen / towels are changed twice weekly. The nearest beaches are in the village of Aghios Georgios or at Halikounas. The closest minimarket is a 2 minute walk Car hire is recommended at this property.
